No route found to domain

Problem:

After submitting a fax job to ExtraFax, I've got a non-delivery report with failure reason "No route found to domain..."
Suggestions:
========================================
1. Make sure the fax foreign domain document already exists in the Domino Directory (names.nsf) of the Domino fax and/or mail server(s). The default fax foreign domain name is called "ExtraFax".
2. Make sure the settings specified in the fax foreign domain document are correct.
3. Make sure the fax foreign domain name
is not the same as the common name of the Domino server. For example, if the Domino server is called "ExtraFax/Extracomm", then the common name of the Domino server would be "ExtraFax". In such case, you cannot name the foreign domain as "ExtraFax". You will have to assign another name for the fax foreign domain (e.g. "fax"). Alternatively, you may have to change the Domino server name.
4. Make sure the fax foreign domain name is not the same as part of the "Fully qualified Internet host name" of the Domino server. For example, if the "Fully qualified Internet host name" of the Domino server is called "extrafax.extracomm.com", then you cannot name the foreign domain as "ExtraFax". You will have to assign another name for the fax foreign domain (e.g. "fax"). Alternatively, you may have to change the "Fully qualified Internet host name" of the Domino server.
