Mail Monitor - Statistics & Analysis
In the Statistics views, you can find statistics and analysis relating to the following information:
- Mail Action Summary
- Mail Sent By Month/By Sender/By Recipient Domain/By No. of Recipients
- Mail Received By Month/By Recipient/By Sender Domain
- Mail Attachment By Extension/By File Name/By File Size/By Mailbox/By Sender
In addition, you will find two Action buttons 
which allow you to export the data to a file or plot the data in a Microsoft Excel graph.
Note: If you use the Graph function, your workstation must have Microsoft Excel installed.
