Database Monitor Logs
The Database Monitor Log shows audit information regarding all database changes. There are four types of logs, as well as a statistics view associated with the Database Monitor.
Document Change Log shows detailed information about modifications to documents in a monitored database.
Design Elements Change Log shows detailed information about modifications to any design element (e.g. form, view, agent etc.) in a monitored database.
ACL Change Log shows detailed information about ACL modifications in a monitored database.
Bulk Action Log shows detailed information about events that have matched the user defined Bulk Action criteria.
Statistics shows the statistics of all activities that were preformed on the monitored database. This may include database document Open, Create, Update and Delete actions,as well as Design element and ACL changes.
To view log information for the Database Monitor:
- Open the SecurTrac Log Database (SCTLOG.NSF or user defined log database).
- In the left pane, select
and then the specific log you want.
- In the right side pane, a list of database logs will be shown. These logs are categorized by date and sorted by time.
- Double click the record you are looking for and details of the log will be shown.
