Database Monitor - Design Elements Change Log

The Database Design Elements change log shows detailed information about modifications to the design elements (e.g. form, view, agent etc.) of the databases being monitored. The following table describes all fields in the log:

Field	Description
Initiator	Address/Notes user ID who initiated the action
Time	Date and time the e-mail was sent
Database Title	Title of the database which is being accessed
Database Path	Relative path of the database file location in the Domino data directory
Design Element Type	The type of design element related to the event
Design Element Name	Name of the modified design element of the database
Document ID	UNID(Unique Identifier) of the design document
Action	Type of action taken. The value can be either "Create", "Update", "Delete"
Last Update Person	The last person who has updated the design document
Last Update Time	The time at which the design document was last updated
Used Full Access Admin privilege	Was the Full Access Administration privilege used
Triggered by Monitor	The monitor(s) which triggered the log. It will show the description of the monitor, if the monitor description exists. Otherwise, it shows the document ID for the monitor document. A link allows you to open the Monitor document that triggered the log.
Service	The service used for the connection
Port Name	The connection port name
Address	The IP address of the computer that connected to the server
