| Audit and Replace all Attachment(s) with download links. | SecurTrac will provide a url link in the e-mail message body. Users can then download the attachment through HTTP/HTTPS. This function is used for large attachment or in cases where the smtp server does not accept exe or zip files and the administrator prefers to post them for download. | Audit and Remove E-Mail address(es) which meet the criteria | Select this option to remove addresses in Recipient field. The corresponding addresses in To/CC will also be removed. Use Case: This is useful when your email policy does not allow sending email to certain domains (like hotmail.com, gmail.com). Instead of quarantining the e-mail, you can choose to remove these blocked addresses and let the e-mail go through. |
