Extracomm has now introduced a remote Technical Support tool that allows our support team to connect remotely to your environment in order to troubleshoot any technical issues or to demonstrate a particular feature.
When requested by Extracomm Technical Support, please click on the link below to download and execute the appropriate remote support tool for your platform. Once the remote support tool has been executed, an ID and password will automatically be generated. Please provide the ID and password to our support team via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may further assist you.
