Bug fixes and updates

- Fixed a compatibility issue with Domino server 12.0.2. With Smart Server Startup enabled on Domino server 12.0.2, SecurTrac could not detect multiple mail.box correctly. As a result, SecurTrac email notification did not work.
- Fixed Notes.ini monitor could not be disabled problem.
- Domino 12 ready!
