Under Extracomm’s New Support Procedure, all Maintenance inquires are to be sent to Support@extracomm.com, or please call (905) 709-8603 (5 lines) and select option #3.
If calling our support department, please have your Company Name and MRN (Maintenance Reference Number) ready to be provided at the start of the call.
If e-mailing our support department, please put your Company Name and MRN (Maintenance Reference Number) in the subject line.
Please also have the answers to the following questions available or included with your inquiry.
1) Version of your operation system, Domino server, and Extrafax/SecurTrac
2) Fax device model (Application to Extrafax)
3) Question, error message or screen shoot
